Payment terms:• Method of payment - non-cash form of payment, payment is made monthly. The Contractor shall pay for the services of the Contractor within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the services rendered and receipt of the invoice by the Customer, on the basis of the Contractor's account. The delay in the payment of cash is not a credit and the interest for the period of using the funds is not accrued or paid.

Comments:
The Contest is not a Tender (the form of bidding) provided for in Art.447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. and does not entail the occurrence of legal and legal obligations with the Customer at the Supplier's choice.
The competition will be held in the form of a request for proposals in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.
ATTENTION!!!!! The offer is submitted in 2 OPTIONS:
Option 1 payment for cleaning snow: fixed cost per month (monthly fee - tractor is constantly on site)
Option number 2 payment for snow cleaning: work on the application - pay hourly for actually worked time (the time of moving the tractor from the parking place of equipment to the object should not exceed 4 hours).
To participate in this stage you need to send:
- application-specification (Appendix No. 1) in PDF format with the signature and stamp of the organization;
- signed by the responsible person the rules for conducting electronic trading (Appendix No. 2);
- agreement with terms of the Terms of Reference and readiness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract in the form of an official letter on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization;
- completed file Qualification criteria for Participants (Appendix No. 5) on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and stamp of the organization;
- Application form (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and stamp of the organization;
- a counterparty card (Appendix 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and stamp of the organization;

Proposals of companies that do not contain the entire list of requested documents will not be accepted for consideration.
