Payment terms:• Payment method – Non-cash form of payments, payment is made MONTHLY. Payment of Executor's Services is made by the customer within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on rendered services and receipt by the customer of the invoice, on the basis of the Executor's Account. Deferred payment of funds is not a credit and interest for the period of use of funds is not accrued and is not paid.

Comments:
the contest is not a tender (form of Bidding) provided for in article 447-449 of the Russian civil Code. And does not entail legal-legal obligations of the customer at the choice of the Supplier.
The contest will be held in the form of request for proposals according to the Application-specification (appendix № 1) in accordance with the technical Specification.
Attention!!!!! The offer is served in 2 variants:
Option № 1 payment for Snow cleaning: Fixed cost per month (monthly Fee-tractor is constantly on the Site)
Option № 2 payment for Snow Cleaning: Work on the application-payment hourly for the actual time worked (the time of moving the tractor from the place of parking equipment to the object should not exceed 4 hours).
To participate in this step you need to send:
- Application-specification (appendix № 1) in PDF format with signature and seal of the organization;
- The rules of electronic bidding signed by the responsible person (appendix № 2);
- Acceptance of the terms of the technical specification and readiness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract in the form of an official letter on the company letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization;
- Completed file criteria of qualification selection of participants (appendix № 5) on company letterhead in PDF format with signature and seal of the organization;
- Participant's application Form (appendix № 3) in Excel and PDF formats with signature and seal of the organization;
- Counterparty card (appendix 4) in Excel and PDF format with signature and seal of the organization;

Proposals of companies containing not all the list of requested documentation will not be accepted for Consideration.
