Payment terms:• Payment method - non-cash form of payment, payment is made monthly. Payment for the Contractor’s services is made by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the services provided and the receipt of the invoice by the Customer, based on the Contractor’s account. The deferred payment of funds is not a loan and interest for the period of use of funds is not accrued or paid.

Comments:
The Competition held is not a Competition (bidding form) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the option of the Supplier.
The competition will be held in the form of a request for proposals according to the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.
ATTENTION!!!!! The offer is submitted in 2 OPTIONS:
Option number 1 payment for snow removal: fixed cost per month (monthly fee - the tractor is constantly at the facility)
Option number 2 payment for snow removal: work on the application - payment hourly for the actually worked time (the time of moving the tractor from the parking place of the equipment to the object should not exceed 4 hours).
To participate in this stage you need to send:
- application specification (Appendix No. 1) in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization;
- the regulations for conducting electronic tenders signed by the responsible person (Appendix No. 2);
- acceptance of the terms of reference and readiness to sign a standard form of the Customer’s contract in the form of an official letter on the letterhead of the Company in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization;
- the completed file Criteria for the Qualification of Participants (Appendix No. 5) on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization;
- application form (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization;
- counterparty card (Appendix 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization;

Proposals of companies that do not contain the entire list of requested documentation will not be accepted for consideration.
