The order, description and conditions of the procurement procedure are given in the Information sheet (Appendix No. 1).
Commercial proposals are submitted in 2 formats (signed commercial proposal and in editable excel format).
Two-stage procedure with rebidding at a price with a short list.
Mandatory requirements for the purchased product / service:
1. Avaya vendor authorization not lower than Diamond Partner level. 2. Availability of certified engineers. 3. Own support service. 4. Availability of our own service desk system. five. Compliance with technical requirements and experience in providing similar services for at least 3 years.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
