Payment terms:
Payment for the Work performed is carried out based on the cost of the Work actually performed by the Subcontractor and accepted by the Contractor for the reporting period, minus the amount of the Deferred Payment, taking into account the advance previously paid, within 35 (thirty-five) calendar days following the date of receipt by the General Contractor of the original invoice issued by the Subcontractor on the basis and subject to the following documents:
Ø Certificates of acceptance of completed works (form No. KS-2), signed by the Contractor and Subcontractor, in 3 (three) copies;
Ø Certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (Form No. KS-3), signed by the Contractor and Subcontractor, in 3 (three) copies;
Accounting logs of completed works in form No. KS-6a, signed by the Contractor and Subcontractor, in 3 (three) copies on paper, in electronic form of their creation and in Excel format with a set of executive documentation, which must be provided to the Contractor at intermediate stages in the following form: one copy in PDF format with an appendix a complete set of documents on the quality of the materials used, products, executive circuits in AutoCAD format, on paper in 3 (three) copies;
Ø Reports on the consumption of materials (concrete mixes, fittings, couplings) provided by the Contractor (Form M-29), signed by the Subcontractor, in 3 (three) copies;
Ø Original invoice and invoice. The Subcontractor, within 5 (five) business days after the Contractor signs a Certificate of the cost of the work performed and costs (form KS-3), sends the Contractor an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of Clause 3 of Article 168 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and an invoice for payment.

This competitive procedure for choosing a Supplier is aimed at requesting commercial proposals, is not an offer, auction or tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Bidder must submit an offer, a complete set of documents (see constituent documents for a legal entity), with a reference list with similar work experience attached.
Incomplete Commercial Proposals ARE not accepted FOR tender.
The Organizer has the right to reject the Organization/documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the Bid Notice without giving reasons and to recognize this documentation and, accordingly, the Applicant that does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
The winner of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, agreement with payment terms, availability /absence of advance payment, due date, approval by the security service).
By the decision of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS Organizer, it is possible to conclude an Agreement with another legal entity that is a subsidiary of the Organizer.
