В качестве предоплаты Заказчик перечисляет Подрядчику (Исполнителю) авансовый платеж в размере 30% от конечной цены Договора. Окончательный расчет Заказчик производит на основании выставленного Подрядчиком (Исполнителем) счета за фактически выполненные работы (оказанные услуги) в течение 60 календарных дней со дня подписания Акта приемки выполненных работ формы КС-2, Справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат формы КС-3 (или других соответствующих документов в соответствии с Договором).

Иметь опыт по проектированию, бурению и ликвидационному тампонажу скважин.

Участник, признанный победителем Процедуры закупки, до заключения Договора в течение 5 (Пяти) рабочих дней с момента получения им извещения о выборе его победителем Процедуры закупки предоставляет обеспечение исполнения обязательств по Договору в размере 1% от конечной цены Договора.
