Payment terms:
Payment for the Works performed is made by the General Contractor no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the signing of the Acceptance Acts and the submission by the Subcontractor of the originals of the relevant primary accounting documents.
The General Contractor pays to the Subcontractor the cost of the actually performed volume of Work minus the guarantee deductions (reserved amount) after their acceptance by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Subcontractor specified in the Agreement, or by offsetting, or by other methods that do not contradict the legislation on the basis of the originals provided by the Subcontractor, duly completed primary accounting documents.
The general contractor makes (reserves) guarantee deductions in the amount of 5 (five)% of the cost of work and costs included in the cost of work specified in the Certificate of the KS-3 form.
The reserved amount is paid to the Subcontractor after the expiration of the warranty period and receipt of funds from the Customer in the following terms: no later than 30 (thirty) business days.

This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is aimed at a request for commercial proposals, is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explaining the reasons, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
The proposal must be uploaded, after which the documentation will be checked.
The participant must submit an offer, a complete package of documents (see the constituent documents for a legal entity), with the attachment of a reference list with similar work experience.
Incomplete commercial proposals will not be accepted for tender.
Organization / documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without giving reasons and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, as not complying with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
The winner of the auction is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, agreement with the terms of payment, presence / absence of advance payment, deadline for work, approval by the security service).
By decision of the Organizer of the auction, it is possible to conclude an Agreement with another legal entity. a person being a subsidiary of the Organizer.
