Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

The participant who participated in the procedure (making an offer) must upload the following documents to the system before the application deadline (not required to download these documents if they are not required are available in the Member's Personal Account, and the Member must indicate this in their offer):
1.1. A pdf commercial offer with the print and signature of a company executive.
1.2. Charter and/or constituent contract (with all additions and modifications if there were any).
1.3. Certificate of entry to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of a Legal Entity registered before 07.02
1.4. Certificate of State Registration of a Legal Entity (if a legal entity is registered after 01 July 2002).
1.5. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities is usually issued no earlier than 1 month prior to the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
1.6. Tax Accounting Certificate.
1.7. The balance sheet as of the latest reporting date with the tax authority's acceptance mark.
1.8. Documents confirming the authority of the sole executive or other Buyer's representative to sign documents, namely:
1.8.1. — Decision (Protocol) of an authorized body of a legal entity on the formation of a sole executive body or (in the event of a signing of a contract by another Buyer's representative)
1.8.2. — Power of attorney over the representative of the Buyer confirming the authority to sign the relevant documents, as well as Decision (Protocol) of the authorized body of a legal entity on the establishment of the sole executive body of the legal entity that signed the power of attorney.
Place of the procedure: This procedure is conducted electronically at the B2B-Center Group's ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participant proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
