On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
Request for proposals to lease barges for the period of navigation 2019g. For transportation of large-scale machine-building products from KGP berth in Krasilovka G. Syzran to the ports of St. Petersburg and Novorossiysk.
Barges should be able to enter the sea, to provide loading by the Ro-Ro method, to be fully serviceable, to have all necessary documents, personnel for maintenance.
According to the results of the received proposals the decision on conclusion of the contract will be made.
