Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Prepayment 60%, the rest 40% within 14 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion.
Delivery terms:The purchase is made in a single lot in accordance with the terms of reference.
It is necessary to attach a commercial proposal for manufacturing and a full range of services to the procedure, stamped and signed by an authorized employee of the Supplier's organization.
Delivery of products is carried out on the basis of the specification signed by the Parties.
The delivery must include and is carried out by the Supplier:
1. Manufacturing of products according to the terms of reference.
2. Delivery of products to the customer's site.
3. Unloading.
4. Installation of products according to the plan, including consumables, delivery of work to authorized persons on the part of the Customer, instruction in operation.
5. Removal of packaging materials.

Warranty for products for at least 24 calendar months from the date of signing the certificate of completion.
Other requirements: work on the market for at least 5 years, delivery time from the date of advance payment is not more than 40 calendar days.

Delivery address:
Leningrad Region, Tosnensky District, 665 km of the M11 "Moscow-St. Petersburg" highway, the right side of the road when driving from Moscow, Mgrilkafe restaurant.

from 01.12. until 12/15/2021.
