Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Equipment - prepayment of 50% from the moment of signing of the specification on the basis of the application from the Buyer, the balance of 50% within 60k/d from the moment of delivery of the equipment
Services - prepayment of 50%, balance of 50% within 14 k/d from the moment of completion of work and signing of the act of commissioning of equipment.
The payment terms offered by the supplier directly affect the choice of the winner.
Delivery terms:To the procedure it is necessary to attach the CP on the object.
Services are provided according to the description of the request (attached to the procedure)
The equipment is supplied on the basis of requests from the buyer,
The supply of equipment, as well as unloading and arrangement of equipment according to the plan, is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier at the Buyer's facilities.
Installation of equipment is carried out by the Supplier at the agreed cost, through the application at the signing of the specification, the Buyer has the right to choose an authorized organization for the installation and launch adjustment works, with safeguards from the Supplier.
Warranty for equipment at least 12 calendar months, from the moment of commissioning of the equipment.
Other requirements: work on the market for at least 5 years, delivery time from the date of advance payment is not more than 40 calendar days.

The Buyer reserves the right to purchase the total amount of equipment for all locations from one Supplier (by single contract) and positionally (selectively from different Suppliers).

This procedure is not a contest, its conduct is not regulated by articles 447 to 449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by Articles 1057 — 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
