Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment in the amount of 100% until the 15th day of the month following the reporting month in which the work was carried out.
Delivery terms:- Experience in the market of technical operation of technological equipment for at least 2 years.
- Availability of a fully equipped mobile emergency team, provided with the necessary set of tools, accessories and equipment, capable of promptly responding and eliminating accidents at the Customer's facilities.
- Services are provided in accordance with the Customer's TOR, the address list of objects and the list of technological equipment.
The offer must contain:
- The cost and intervals of maintenance of technological equipment.
- Price list for repair work.
- Price list for spare parts (the most frequently used)

Comments:
This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
