Comments:
the procedure of request for proposals is not a Contest (form of bidding), provided by article 447-449 of the CIVIL Code of the RUSSIAN Federation., and does not entail the emergence of legal and legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the Supplier.
The Obligatory condition of participation is the attachment of the final commercial proposal on the basis of the request of proposals with indication: Prices in rubles without VAT (20%)

To participate in the procedure, the participant must complete and attach the following documents:
• Regulations signed by the responsible employee and the seal of the Organization (Appendix № 2 of the documentation).
• Completed Questionnaire (Appendix № 3 of the tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and stamp of the organization) uploading documents to the ETP;
• Counterparty Card (Appendix № 4 of the tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the Organization) uploading documents to the ETP;
• Letter – Acceptance of the terms of the technical assignment and readiness to sign the standard form of the contract (in free form. On the company letterhead) uploading documents to the ETP;
• If the Company is on the simplified system of taxation, it is necessary to send the confirming document;
