request for proposals will be conducted in the form of electronic bidding (online auction) According to the application-specification (Appendix № 1) in accordance with the technical specification.

Participation in this procedure is gratuitous.

The request for proposals will take place from 14.12.2018 to 14:00 21.12.2018 (Moscow time) without possible prolongation after the end of the main time.

The obligatory condition of participation is the attachment on b2b-center.ru or giving to Guzel.Malekova@x5.ru electronic addresses; CEN-TK. Dd. H@x5.ru final proposal on the results of the request for proposals (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and seal of the Organization), indicating: Prices for each lot in rubles excluding VAT.

When submitting the price, the participant must attach:

ü Application-Specification (appendix № 1 of the tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and stamp of the organization) uploading documents to the ETP;
ü Completed Questionnaire-qualification requirements (Appendix № 3 of the tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the Organization) uploading documents to the ETP;
ü Card of the Counterparty (appendix № 4 of the tender documentation) in electronic format Excel uploading documents to the ETP;
ü Letter – Acceptance of the terms of the technical assignment and readiness to sign the standard form of the contract (in free form on the company letterhead) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
ü regulations with the signature of the head and the seal of the Organization (appendix № 2).

Correction of tender documents forms (adding/deleting lines, changing the wording) the participants are not allowed.

The Organizer reserves the right to carry out the regrind.

The documents are provided in the following form: Scanned documents in PDF format, file name, date (date must reflect the day of signing (registration, issuance) of the document). One file must contain one document!
