Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

4. Technical requirements for the design of Forms for the Notification (acceptable formats):
- Appendix No. 2 is required in Excel (editable) and a scanned version signed and printed in PDF;
- Forms №1, №2, №3, №4, №5, №6 and No. 7 must have scanned versions signed and printed in PDF.

5. The request for proposals is allowed to companies that have submitted applications drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2 of the "Notification of the request".

6. This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
