Comments:
1. Commercial offers must be executed in Russian, in accordance with the requirements listed in the Bid Notice and Appendices must be sent electronically as part of a corresponding request on the electronic trading platform b2b-center.ru .

2. Technical requirements for the design of Forms for the Bid Notice (acceptable formats):
- A table of technical and cost characteristics (Form No. 3) must be in Excel (editable) and a scanned version signed and printed in PDF;
- Forms №1, №2, №4, №5, №6, №7 and Appendix No. 1 must have scanned versions signed and printed in PDF.

3. Companies that have submitted bids, drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of clause 2 of the "Bid Notice on the request for Proposals", are allowed to request proposals.

4. Questions on Call for Bidding are accepted through the "Questions" form on the E-Marketplaces "B2B-Center".

5. Proposals will be accepted from 03/29/2024 to 04/05/2024.

7. This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
