Technical requirements for the registration of documents by the Participant (acceptable formats):
- scanned copy of the agreement signed and stamped by the organization unilaterally.
- in case the company has a valid NDA agreement, it is necessary to sign and send a scanned copy of the Act of acceptance and transfer of confidential information carriers (Appendix # 1 to the agreement) and, if necessary, a new List of employees who are granted access (Appendix # 2 to the agreement).
A company that has refused to sign a confidential information non-disclosure agreement is excluded from participation in the procedure.
Stage 2. The companies admitted to participation after signing the NDA are provided with a complete set of procurement documents for preparing an application for participation - equipment specification.
