PJSC "BANK URALSIB" announces that from December 03, 2021, a request for proposals for the selection of a supplier for the supply of licenses and technical support for software manufactured by ORACLE for 2022-2023.
PLEASE NOTE that initially, the companies participating in the request must provide a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to the B2B ETP no later than December 07, 2021, by 2 p.m. Moscow time. It is mandatory to fill in all Applications, including Appendix No. 2 with signatures of employees. The NDA must be signed by the head of the company and be stamped.
If your company already has an NDA Agreement signed with the Bank, then you must provide a scan of it, as well as sign and send only a new Acceptance Certificate (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement) and an updated List of employees admitted to confidential information (Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement).
After receiving the electronic version of the NDA and its acceptance by the Bank (it is possible to send an additionalrequests to companies to confirm compliance with the requirements), companies "08" December 2021. the entire package of procurement documentation will be sent.
After that, the original NDA in two copies should be sent to the address of the Bank at the address: Moscow, Efremova, 8 with the indication "For UBKiZ. C 01 014. NDA. "TP BY Contact Center" and company names.
Questions on procurement documentation are accepted through the form "Explanations" on the ETP "B2B-Center".
