Payment terms:the payment for the goods-100% postpay within 20 (twenty) working days after delivery and signing of invoice to form Torg-12.
Delivery terms:delivery and unloading is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier to the buyer's warehouse, located in Moscow.

The company Participant must meet the following requirements:
1. The participant shall submit an authorisation letter from the vendor of HP Inc. confirming partner status HP Supplies Partner and ability to supply contract cartridges
2. The participant shall submit an authorisation letter from the vendor and/or distributor of Kyocera
3. The participant must have experience in the market of IT services not less than 3 years
4. The participant shall confirm readiness to supply equipment with a fixed level of discounts for any of the ordered volume for any company of GC Moscow exchange for a period of 1 year from the date of conclusion of the contract
5. The participant must agree with the specified Moscow Exchange penalties for late delivery of equipment
6. The participant must confirm willingness to work 100% of the postpaid within 20 working days in rubles according to exchange rate on the payment date
7. The participant must confirm willingness to sign a framework treaty on the form proposed by the Moscow stock exchange
