Payment terms:
• Payment method – non-cash form of payment, payment is made monthly. Payment for the Contractor's services is made by the Customer within 15 (Fifteen) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the Services rendered and receipt by the Customer of the invoice, based on the Contractor's invoice. Deferral of payment of funds is not a loan and interest for the period of use of funds is not accrued and is not paid.

The ongoing Request for Proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Request for Proposals is an invitation to make offers.
The procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals
The request for proposals will be conducted in the form of a request for proposals according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1). Participation in these auctions is free of charge.

Stage No. 1: will be held in the form of open electronic bidding according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1). The request for proposals will be held from 06/27/2022 to 12:00 04.07.2022 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time in accordance with the bidding rules (Appendix No. 2).
To participate in this stage, you must send:
•agreement with the terms of the Terms of Reference and Readiness to work according to the contract without changes to the terms of the contract (signing a standardized form of the contract, providing a full package of statutory documents, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization, uploading documents to the ETP;
•Consent to provide copies of permits, medical books, contracts with employees certified with the original seal of the company a week before entering the facility.
