Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total value of the corresponding batch of Goods within no later than 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and the provision of an invoice

Comments:
Legal entities are allowed to conclude the contract:
- carrying out business activities for at least 1 (one) calendar year;
- having revenue for the previous reporting period comparable to the amount of the proposed transaction (the transaction amount is not more than 50% of revenue);
- not having valid decisions of the Federal Tax Service on the suspension of operations on taxpayer accounts, except in cases where payment in full is made after the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (subsequent payment);
- not in liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings.

Provide with a commercial offer:
1. The products must be new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of Technical and Commercial Proposal issuance;
2. Certificates of conformity, a reference list, a passport, and a document confirming quality must be attached to the Commercial Proposal;
3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, warranty obligations, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
Without these documents, the commercial offer will not be considered
