Payment terms:Payment for the cost of the work performed shall be carried out on the basis of the acceptance certificate for the work performed (form No. KS-2), certificate of the cost of work performed (form No. KS-3) and invoice, as well as acts of form No. KS-11 and KS- 14 within 60 (sixty) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the specified documents.
Delivery terms:The deadline is 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
