Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the delivered goods is made by the Customer no earlier than 60 calendar days and no later than 90 days from the date the Counterparty fulfills its obligations, the original invoice and documents relating to the goods (services / works) are received by OTRADNOE LLC.
Delivery terms:The contract price (lot price) includes the cost of the supplied goods, transport services, insurance and other overhead costs, as well as the payment of taxes, including VAT (if applicable) and other mandatory payments.

Priority is given to commercial offers submitted for the entire lot volume. Offers submitted separately by item are also considered.
