Payment terms:Оплата за оказанные услуги (в соответствии с каждой заявкой Заказчика) осуществляется в безналичном порядке путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя, в течение ___ (_________) банковских дней (срок отсрочки оплаты определяется по итогам запроса предложений) после подписания Заказчиком акта приемки оказанных услуг.
Delivery terms:В соответствии с Техническим заданием (раздел II документации по проведению запроса предложений) и проектом договора (раздела V документации по проведению запроса предложений). Период оказания услуг с 01 января 2017 года по 31 декабря 2017 года.
