Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer on a non-cash settlement according to the account (invoice) billed by the Supplier by transferring funds in the amount of 50% prepayment of the value of the goods to the account Supplier within 5 (five) days from the date of signing of the towing contract, the remaining amount 50% of the value after delivery of the barge by the act of acceptance - transfer in p. Arkhangelsk.
Delivery terms:Towing route: n. St. Petersburg - the pier of the port of Arkhangelsk.
Agency of vessels, pilot and channel fees by forces and at the expense of the Customer.
Georeferencing:Arkhangelsk region, Arkhangelsk, Solombalsky district
Comments:
- The procedure for requesting proposals is not the Competition (form of bidding) provided by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the procedure of requesting commercial offers at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
List of mandatory documents:
If the Contractor is a legal entity registered in the territory of the Russian Federation:
1. Certificate of state registration with assignment of OGRN (copy)/Record sheet in EGRUL;
2. Certificate of tax registration (copy);
3. Decision/Minutes of the general meeting of participants/shareholders, other document on appointment to the post of Head of the Contractor (copy).
4. License (if applicable) (copy);
If the Contractor is an individual entrepreneur (IP) registered in the Russian Federation:
1. Certificate of state registration with assignment of OGRN (copy) /Record sheet from EGRIP;
2. Certificate of tax registration (copy);
3. IP passport (sheets containing full passport data, photo and registration address, consent to the processing of personal data) (copy);
4. Power of attorney of the person signing the Agreement on behalf of the IP (in case of signing the Agreement not by the IP itself) (copy);
5. License (if applicable) (copy);
