Comments:
The current request for proposals is not a Tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This Call for Tenders is a Request for proposals (invitations to tenders).

The procedure and conditions of participation

Request for proposals will be carried out in the form of collecting commercial offers in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1).

Venue of the bidding – b2b-center.ru e-trade platform.
Participation in this bidding procedure is free of charge.

Request for proposals will be held from 02.20.2020 to 16:00 02.28.2020 (Moscow time) without a possible extension after the completion of the main time.

A mandatory requirement for participants is uploading to b2b-center.ru or sending to пGuzel.Malekova@x5.ru or CEN-TK.DD.H@x5.ru of the finalized proposal based on the RFP results (signed by the authorized officer and sealed with the company's stamp) specifying the following: the prices for each lot in RUBLES excluding VAT 20%.

When submitting the quotation, Participant shall upload:
ü completed questionnaire - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3 of tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
ü counterparty card (Appendix No. 4 of tender documentation) in electronic format Excel by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
ü letter - acceptance of the terms of reference and readiness to sign a standard contract form (in free form on the organization's letterhead) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
ü prepare samples - according to the form of the Test task (Appendix No. 5 of tender documentation), it is necessary to send samples to the address: 109029, Moscow, st. Middle Kalitnikovskaya, d.28, p. 4, addressed to - Malekova Guzel (manager for tenders), mob. 8-966-376-10-12
Dates for the preparation of samples in the form of the Test task Appendix No. 5 from 02.20.2020. March 4, 2020 until 16-00 inclusive
ü a set of pre-qualification documents (in accordance with Appendix No. 6 of the tender documentation) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
ü selection criteria Appendix No. 5 in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;

Tender documentation forms can not not be adjusted (addition/removal of lines, wording modification) by the Participants.

Bidding organizer shall reserve the right to hold a re-bidding.

Please, note! In case any of the required documents are missing, the submitted proposal will not be considered!

The documents shall be provided as follows: scanned copies of documents in PDF format, file name, date (the date shall indicate the day of signing/registration/issuance) of the document). One file shall contact one document!
