Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased. :	Yes
Minimum bid increment/decrement The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal. :	500 RUB
Auto-extension If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted. :	15 minutes

Данная процедура запроса предложений не является конкурсом, ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447 – 449 части первой Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Данная процедура запроса предложений также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057 – 1061 части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложений не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
