The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension

Delivery terms:В связи со срочностью отгрузки договор заключаться не будет. Все условия будут прописаны в Поручении Экспедитору (можно Ваш формат).

Comments:
1. По итогам торгов будут определены победители.
2. Компания, давая ставку должна гарантировать закрытие до 30% плановых перевозок в период фиксации.
3. Характер груза – стеклобутылка.
4. Заявка на автотранспорт будет подаваться за 2-3 дня до момента предполагаемой отгрузки.
5. Отгрузки могут осуществляться круглосуточно.

Данная процедура запроса предложений не является конкурсом, ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447 – 449 части первой Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Данная процедура запроса предложений также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057 – 1061 части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложений не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
