Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the Goods within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the receipt of the Goods with the TORG-12 bill of lading signed by the Parties on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The Buyer transfers the funds to the Supplier in the amount determined by the Parties in the relevant Specification to this Agreement;
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
