All correspondence relating to this request must be prepared in strict accordance with the attached request and the procurement documents,

and uploaded when submitting an ETP proposal in scanned form with the signature of the authorized representative and sealed.

Udokan Copper LLC reserves the right not to consider offers submitted without providing the forms specified in the procurement documents.


This bidding process takes place in a multi-stage process that will result in the winning vendor.

1. Required Payment Terms - Priority is given to the lowest bidder and 100% deferred payment
2. Offer Currency Requirements - The price must be in the offer currency without VAT
3. Required delivery times - the lowest possible guaranteed delivery time
4. The duration of the TAP is a minimum of 30 days, recommended 60 days.
5. Document requirements - mandatory dealer certificate confirming company status or manufacturer certificate (other documents on demand);
6. Conditions of Delivery Requirements - Delivery to the buyer's warehouse (as specified in the Request for Quotation Notice) at the seller's expense. (DDP according to Incoterms 2010).
7. Proposal Requirements - In addition to Filling the ETP Quotation Submission Template
you need to፦ attach your detailed technical and commercial proposal.
8. The contract is concluded in the form of the Buyer
