Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Buyer pays for the goods within
45 (forty-five) calendar days after receipt of the Goods and the signing by both Parties of the Act of acceptance of the Goods based on the results of installation and commissioning, if there is a TORG-12 consignment note signed and drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation,
based on the invoice issued by the Supplier;

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
