Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
An advance of 30%, including VAT at a rate determined in accordance with the current legislation of Clause 3, Article 164 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, is paid within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract by authorized representatives of the parties, subject to the following conditions:
a) the provision by the Provider of security for the return of the advance payment in the amount of the advance payment and the enforcement of the contract;
The remaining 70%, including VAT at the rate determined in accordance with the current legislation of Clause 3, Article 164 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, is paid by the Buyer step by step within 30 calendar days after the Supplier has completed the estimated stages of work according to the specification to the contract, taking into account the previously paid advance payment . Payment is made after the Supplier has completed and the Buyer has accepted the work in the amount of advance payments

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
