| Payment terms: | Settlements for work performed are made upon completion of work within 15 * (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of work performed (form No. KS-2) on the basis of payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment), drawn up on the basis of Information on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), subject to the transfer of the executive documentation to the Customer.
