Comments:
The application (TCH) is submitted in the form of an appendix with a signature and seal, indicating the TIN/OGRN. When submitting an application, you must fill out a counterparty card on the model of PJSC Zvezda, specify the contract amount, payment and delivery terms in the counterparty card, as in the commercial offer. Participants who have not submitted a TAP and a completed counterparty card will not be considered. Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the participants.
