Auto-extension

Comments: A detailed description of the purchase item and delivery terms are specified in the procurement documents, contract, requirements specification and questionnaires.
Party may prepare and submit an alternate offer (if you specify such possibility in the notice published in the system), which can involve both commercial and technical aspects of the proposed products (in accordance with section 2.2.1.2. Procurement documentation).
The offer must be made in the system since posting information about the purchase before the expiry of the periods referred to in the notification of the request (in accordance with section 2.3.1.3. Procurement documentation).
The deadline for the conclusion of a contract is not earlier than 10 days and no later than 20 working days after the signing of the Protocol.
The legal status of the procedure and the procedure for holding documents request for proposals, as well as instructions for preparing bids are specified in the procurement documentation.
1.2.1. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
