Payment terms:The buyer shall pay 100% for the goods delivered, within 60 (sixty) days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's OTC item. Mutual settlements are made using separate accounts opened with an authorized bank.

Comments:
The application (TKP) is submitted in the form of an annex with a signature and seal indicating the INN/OGRN. When applying, you must fill out a counterparty card based on PJSC Zvezda, in the counterparty card to specify the contract amount, payment terms and delivery as in the commercial offer. Participants who did not file a TKP and a completed counterparty card will not be considered. Please note that this request is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 ts.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the participants.
