Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay 100% for the goods delivered within 60 (sixty) days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer's ODA. Settlements are made using separate accounts opened with an authorized bank.

Comments:
The application (TAP) is submitted in the form of an appendix, signed and stamped, indicating the INN/OGRN. When applying, you must fill out a counterparty card modeled after PJSC Zvezda, and the counterparty card indicates the contract amount, payment terms and delivery terms, as in the offer. Participants who have not submitted a TAP and a completed counterparty card will not be considered. Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
