Comments:
The application (TCH) is submitted in the form of an application with a signature and a seal, indicating the INN / PSRN. When submitting an application, you must fill out a counterparty card according to the model of PJSC "Zvezda", indicate the amount of the contract, terms of payment and delivery in the SEB card, as in a commercial proposal. Participants who have not submitted the TCH and the completed SEB card will not be considered. Read the agreement of PJSC Zvezda.
