Payment terms:
The bid price must include all of the Challenger's performance costs, excluding VAT and including transportation costs.
The price of the offer is in rubles, excluding VAT.

The Buyer shall pay for the Goods on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day after the transfer of ownership of the Goods.
All payments for the delivered Goods are made on the basis of the original invoice, the original bill of goods (TRADE-12) with the mandatory indication of the contract number, copies of the goods and transport documents, issued in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation. The payer under the contract is the Buyer.
The date of performance of the Buyer's obligations to the Supplier to pay for the goods is the date of the debit of funds from the Buyer's current account with the authorized bank.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of the Goods shall be carried out within the time specified in the requirement
The Goods are transported (delivered) by road according to the shipping details specified in the specification (Appendix No. 1 to the contract).
The quality of the goods supplied must be confirmed by a passport issued by the manufacturer and a certificate of quality (conformity).
The technical documentation must comply with the requirements set by the relevant Customs Union Technical Regulations.
The Goods shall be packed in a packagings that ensure that the Goods are properly preserved from damage and total or partial loss during transport and meet the requirements (specifications) to be applied to the packaging and packaging of this type.
The goods must contain a trademark and special marking, in accordance with the GOST or TU, with mandatory information in Russian. All additional costs and losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of defective or mislabeling shall be borne by the Supplier.
The quality and completeness and specifications of the goods supplied shall comply with the Contract and standards, industrial safety standards, specifications, GOSTs, technical standards assignments, additional requirements as set out in the annexes, specifications and supplementary agreements to this Agreement.
The following accompanying documents must be attached to the Goods delivered under the Contract: packing lists, technical passports, quality certificates or other documents, confirming the quality of the Goods, the manufacturer's warranty and the duration of the warranty. Passports and operating instructions for imported Goods must be executed in Russian.
Each packing list shall contain the following information: Packing List No.; Packing List Date; Product Name; Net/Gross Weight; Units of Measure; Supplier Name; Buyer's name.
The Supplier's obligations to deliver (transfer) the Goods are deemed to have been fulfilled when the Goods are transferred to the Buyer (Consignee) at the destination The moment of delivery of Goods to Buyer (Consignee) shall be determined
When delivering the Goods by means of transport other than rail:
according to the date of receipt (issuance) of the Goods in the goods and transport document issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation governing the carriage of the Goods appropriate mode of transport.
Ownership, as well as risks related to the loss or deterioration of the Goods, pass from the Supplier to the Buyer upon delivery (transfer) of the Goods.
For delivery of a Product consisting of multiple parts and declared as a single unit of delivery in the specification, ownership of the Goods passes from the Supplier to the Buyer from the moment of delivery ( transfer) the last part of the Product. The Supplier shall issue an invoice to the Buyer in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
The original invoice Supplier must include the following documents:
- the original bill of goods (TRADE-12) with the mandatory indication of the Contract number, goods and transport documents, as well as other mandatory details provided for in the uniform form;
- copies of the goods and transport documents issued for the Goods and must be completed depending on the method of transport.
The documents shall be submitted by the Supplier to the Buyer before the 4th of the month following the month of delivery of the Product
- by mail with a cover letter and a register of documents sent;
- or purposely with a cover letter and a register of documents sent on which the Buyer marks acceptance of documents, in two copies.
