Payment terms:Payment of goods shall be made within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods. All related costs must be included in the price of goods, including: transportation, unloading, material insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.
Delivery terms:The fact of delivery and performance of works is confirmed by: the act of acceptance and transfer of goods, the bill invoice, invoice, the consignment note, as necessary. Payment of the goods is made within 30 days from the date of delivery of the Goods.

Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
