Comments:
An application (TCH) is submitted in the form of an application with a signature and seal indicating the TIN / BIN. When submitting an application, it is necessary to fill out the counterparty’s card on the model of PJSC Zvezda, indicate the amount of the contract and the terms of payment and delivery in the SEB card, as in a commercial offer. Participants who have not submitted the TCH and the completed SEB card will not be considered. Read the agreement of PJSC Star.
