Цена смолы АН-31 составляет 187 000 рублей за тонну с учетом НДС и доставки. Отгрузка смолы производиться только на конечного потребителя. На склады коммерческих структур смола не отгружается. Диллерсчких полномочий ОАО "УХП" никому не предоставляет. Торговых домов не имеем.
Обоснование: Предложение ООО "АльфаГрупп" не соответствует заказу на поставку продукции.
