Comments:
The application (TKP) is submitted in the form of an application with a signature and seal, specifying INN/OGRN. When applying the application, you must fill out the card of the counterparty on the model of PJSC "Zvezda", in the SEB card specify the amount of the contract, the terms of payment and delivery, as in the commercial offer. Participants not submitting the TCP and the completed SEB card will not be considered. Get acquainted with the contract of PJSC Zvezda.
Please draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a competition (public competition) and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 ch.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all the Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the participants.$
