Payment terms:The buyer makes an advance payment of 50%, the remaining 50% - within 10 days from the date of shipment of the result of the services rendered. Mutual settlements are made using separate accounts opened in an authorized bank.

Comments:
The application (TCH) is submitted in the form of an application with a signature and seal, indicating the INN / PSRN. When submitting an application, you must fill out a counterparty card according to the model of PJSC "Zvezda", indicate the contract amount, payment and delivery terms in the SEB card, as in a commercial proposal. Participants who have not submitted the TCH and the completed SEB card will not be considered. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the participants.
