Comments: detailed description of the purchase item and terms of delivery are specified in the procurement documentation and contract, technical specifications, questionnaires.
The participant has the right to prepare and submit an alternative offer (in case of such possibility in the notice published in the system), which may concern both commercial and technical aspects of the offered products (in accordance with 4.1.2. Procurement documentation).
The offers in the system must be submitted in the period from the date of placing the information on the purchase before the expiry of the terms specified in the notice of the request for prices (in accordance with 6.1.2 of the procurement documentation).
The term of the contract is not earlier than 10 and no later than 30 calendar days after the signing of the Protocol.
The legal status of the procedure and documents, the order of the request for proposals, as well as instructions for preparing the offer are specified in the procurement documentation.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
