A detailed description of the subject procurement and delivery conditions listed in the procurement documentation and contract technical specifications, the questionnaires.
Party may prepare and submit an alternate offer (if you specify such possibility in the notice published in the system), which can involve both commercial and technical aspects of the proposed products (in accordance with section 4.1.2. Procurement documentation).
The offer must be made in the system since posting information about the purchase before the expiry of the periods referred to in the notification of the request (in accordance with section 6.1.2. Procurement documentation).
The deadline for the conclusion of the contract is 20 working days after the signing of the Protocol.
The legal status of the procedure and the procedure for holding documents request for proposals, as well as instructions for preparing bids are specified in the procurement documentation.
