A detailed description of the purchase item and delivery terms are specified in the procurement documents, contract, requirements specification and questionnaires.

The participant has the right to prepare and submit an alternative offer (if this is possible in the Notice published in the System), which may relate to both commercial and technical aspects of the proposed product (in accordance with p. 4.1.2. Procurement documentation).

Offers in the System must be filed between the time the procurement information is posted before the expiration date specified in the Price Request Notice (in accordance with p.6.1.2). Procurement documentation).
