Payment terms:
Cashless payments. Payment for the goods is carried out within the value (price) of the delivered goods within 18 working days from the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note (or UPD). Advance payment is stipulated: for KMD (5%), for metal structures (50% of the cost).
Payment by bank transfer is considered made from the moment the funds are debited from the Customer's current account.

The goods must be delivered in accordance with the indicated quantity. Deviation from the agreed delivery volume is allowed within + 3% for each assortment item of the specification due to the dimensionality of the material.
The delivered goods must be: new, not used, not containing traces of corrosion, comply with the normative technical documentation specified in clause 3.
The quality of the goods must be certified by the appropriate quality certificates (passports, certificates dated no later than 2020). Delivery in separate batches is allowed in compliance with the sequence of delivery approved by the Customer. The final volume is determined on the basis of the List of shipping marks after the development of structural steel drawings and their approval by the Customer.

Comments: This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is aimed at a request for commercial proposals, is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The winner of the auction is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, agreement with the terms of payment, presence / absence of advance payment, deadline for work, approval by the security service).
By decision of the Organizer of the auction, it is possible to conclude an Agreement with another legal entity. a person being a subsidiary of the Organizer.
