Payment terms:
The procedure for settlements for products - payment in the amount of 100% of the amount of delivered products is made according to the issued invoices within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of delivery. (Increased deferred payment is welcomed)
Delivery terms:
Delivery to the address of the consignee (the price must include transport costs to the final consignees).
Delivery time for the first batch: 1st quarter of 2021 according to applications, then during 2021 - according to applications of branches.
The quantities indicated in the auction are reference information - the planned annual requirement of the branches, which in fact may differ both upward and downward. Deliveries are made exclusively at the request of branches. An annex to the contract is a price list with fixed prices.
Comments: Commercial offers will be considered only for the specified models.
When submitting an offer, you must select a model from the list of analogues; offers for other models will not be considered.

When making a commercial offer, you must take into account the following conditions, in addition to the above:
a. Based on the results of the tender, the parties conclude a supply agreement with a price list with fixed prices for a calendar year from the date of the supply agreement conclusion. The goods must be supplied in batches, according to the applications of Ilim Group JSC branches; JSC Ilim Gofra. JSC Ilim Gofra enters into a separate agreement based on the overall results of this procedure.
