Payment terms:
The procedure for settlements for products - payment in the amount of 100% of the amount of delivered products is made according to the issued invoices within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of delivery. Increasing the grace period is encouraged.
Delivery terms:
Delivery to the address of the consignee (the price must include transport costs to the final consignees).
Delivery time for the first batch: Q1 2021. according to the applications of the branches and further on the basis of the applications of the branches.
The quantities indicated in the auction are reference information - the planned annual requirement of the branches, which in fact may differ both upwards and downwards. Deliveries are made exclusively at the request of branches. Delivery to the address of the consignee (the price must include transport costs to the final consignees).
An annex to the contract is a price list with fixed prices.
